Specifications include, but are not limited to: The purpose of this Contract is to provide the Washington Fatherhood Council (Council) and its broad stakeholders a comprehensive view of the state of fatherhood in Washington. This study will provide baseline data around public investment with an emphasis on racial demographic analysis against which to measure positive development and recommendations for immediate and long-term actions within our current environment and prospective opportunities for policy change. Contractor will collect data from Partners through mixed methods i.e. interviews, surveys, review of reports etc. to support project deliverables which shall include, but not limited to: Total number of fathers served by the Council public partners expressed as a raw number and percentage of budget included in study. Details of each type of fatherhood-specific services provided. Annual investment, utilization, and source of funding for each fatherhood-specific service. An emphasis and detailed demographic detail on BIPOC communities served in fatherhood-specific and fatherhood-inclusive services. Details of Partners’ future plans (if any) to collect additional fatherhood-specific data, and an analysis of possible data trends.
