1. Main parking lots, as seen on accompanying maps (see Exhibits F, G, H & I), will need Crack Sealed applied. The Crack Seal needs to be able to be driven on within 24 hours, or less, of application. a. Some cracks have grass/weeds and/or debris and will need appropriate removed prior to application. 2. Parking lot “Orange 1”, “Orange 3”, “Green 1”,”Green 2”, “Green 3”, “Red 1”, “Red 2”, and “Red 3” will also need to have the isles and roadways (not the parking spaces) Seal Coated (see Exhibits F, G, H & I) and must be able to be driven on within 24 hours after application. a. All lots requiring Seal Coat will need the “Stop” Lines removed, if by whatever necessary means and then reapplied; or if the individual “Stop” Line is in good shape, the seal coating may be carefully placed around the existing stop lines, provided care is taken to not damage the lines with overspray. 3. The entire Visitor’s “Loop” (including asphalt parking spaces) will need to be Crack Sealed and have Seal Coat applied. a. Cracks having grass/weeds and/or debris will require appropriate cleaning prior to Sealing. b. The Parking Lines will need to be repainted wherever they are damaged and/or disturbed by sealer applications. 4. Chip Sealing will be required on the “Sam Smith Drive” roadway (see Exhibits F & G) from Salmon Creek Avenue up to the “Blue Lot”. This is the oldest section of our roadway, and although portions have been Chip Sealed in the past, we would like to have this redone in order to achieve an aesthetic consistency with the new Seal Coating of the Visitor’s “Loop” once it is completed.
