Specifications include, but are not limited to: The primary goal of this project is to build a new web site that is current and flexible in its design with a Content Management System (CMS) that is easy to use for nontechnical staff. The new web site will be designed to meet the marketing needs of the College and be the primary marketing and recruitment tool. CMS is to include proper documentation and instructions, be database driven, include a WYSIWYG web-based user interface, and have a granular security system allowing permissions to be defined at the page element level with version/publishing control. The website design, content, navigation, functionality, and user technology must meet the needs of the Colleges primary customers and stake holders. Relevant research materials must be provided to support the major design decisions, design elements, themes, and styles will be combined with research materials to create a web design framework for future sites. Some on-site research with our specific target audiences will be required.
