The City of Walla Walla is seeking qualified controls engineering firms to design replacements and upgrades to its Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition system (SCADA). The selected consultant will perform site visits, investigations, development and design sufficient to develop a biddable package that will: 1. Construct complete replacements for the WWTP SCADA system from the servers to and including Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) that have or soon will reach their end of life. 2. Provide programming, HMI set-up and support during and after construction. Upgrades for SCADA will include SCADA servers, software, Human Machine Interfaces, fiber, network switches, and PLCs as required.
