this Sources Sought must be received by email no later than the date specified in the response section. This intent of this sources sought is for market research to determine contractors with the necessary experience and resources capable of performing this work. Documentation of technical expertise must be presented in sufficient detail for the Government to determine that your company has the capability and experience to compete for this acquisition.

NAICS Code 237310, Highway, Street, and Bridge Construction apply to this procurement with a size standard of $45 million.

Project Location and Type of Work:
The proposed contract action is for a firm-fixed-priced construction contract. This project is to repair storm damage on mora road. This project is located at MP 1.25, between James Pond and Rialto Beach along Mora Road. The site is approximately 15 miles west of Forks, WA. The purpose of the project is twofold: 1) remediate issues related to erosion and access that have been damaged by major floods and on‐going channel migration of the Quillayute River and 2) reestablish and, and where feasible, improve fish habitat.

The estimated period of performance will begin with an anticipated award in Winter 2025 and a fixed completion in December 2026
