The City has approximately 24,000 water and sewer utility customer and generates an average of 24,500 utility billing and delinquent statements each month. Customers are billed monthly in accordance with multiple billing cycles. Billing data is created by the City and transmitted electronically to the selected vendor in a mutually agreedupon format for printing and mailing. 1. The City’s current billing schedule and specifications are as follows: a. Utility Billing Statements: • Approximately 19,000 statements are mailed monthly and are generated the first, second, third, and forth Thursday of every month. • These statements are multiple colors on the face and on the back with bar codes and QR codes. Printed on 8.5x11 white stock with 3.5-inch perforation at top. Bill remittance at the top with scan line font. 2. Inserts: Inserts when requested; currently only included in regular Utility Billing Statements. Some months may have two (2) inserts per statement. Inserts are subject to change yearly.
