Specifications include, but are not limited to: Vendor and any applied technical resources shall have expert experience migrating IBM Tivoli Access Manager (TAM) V6.1.X to IBM Security Access Manager (ISAM) 9 Vendor and any applied technical resources shall have expert experience deploying IBM Security ISAM 9 for large state governments with multiple agencies utilizing the platform that is leveraged by millions of end users including citizens and private businesses. Vendor shall assist with the review, assessment, and planning of the existing IBM TAM V6.1.X. This requirement includes the following: Review the CTS IT environment where the ISAM 9.0 platform will be deployed Review and analyze the current Web application security environment, the existing TAM deployment supporting these applications and the existing TAM configuration including: Physical architecture IBM Tivoli Access Manager WebSEAL reverse-proxy architecture and configuration IBM Tivoli Access Manager WebSEAL junction configurations Policy Server configurations Access controls and authentication configurations Analyze the current IBM Tivoli Directory Server V6.1 configurations for support of ISAM v9.0, including IBM Tivoli Directory Server V6.4 (TDS) upgrade considerations
