Specifications include, but are not limited to: Provide licensed, uniformed security guard services at 3235 16 Ave S, Seattle, WA 98134. A. The Contractor shall provide one Security Guard on site for the days and times specified below: 1. Service hours are estimated for: a. Weekdays, Monday through-Friday, twelve (12) hours per day from 6:p.m. to 6 a.m.) b. Weekends, Saturday and Sunday, 24 hours per day. c. Holidays, 24 hours per day, which shall be coordinated with the King County Project Manager. d. King County observes the following ten (10) holidays: (1) New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Veteran’s Day, Thanksgiving Day, Native American Heritage Day and Christmas Day. B. The unarmed security guard shall continuously patrol, on foot or in Contractor provided vehicle, the areas surrounding Warehouse E and the Admin Building, and inspect buildings and grounds to detect and prevent fire, theft, illegal entry and property damage.
