The work includes demolition of existing electric cabinet heaters, and construction of new direct outdoor air system (DOAS) and variable refrigerant flow system (VRF), and all associated appurtenances. The DOAS and VRF system on the roof will replace the heaters in the room and provide outside air and cooling. The plumbing consists of renovating one existing sink and the installation of three new sinks in the E-Wing patient rooms. There will be new pipe connections from the existing domestic water (cw, hw, and hot water recirculation) pipes in the corridor, new vents through the roof, and waste tie-in to the adjacent toilet rooms or alternative waste trenching. All of these new pipe connections serve the three new sinks. Work includes new casework, light fixtures, and handrail as well as a complete finish refresh in the rooms, new data and electrical for telemetry and nurse call and refresh of the main corridor.
