Specifications include, but are not limited to: The selected vendor will be responsible for the successful integration of Slate Student Success onto the existing Slate Admissions platform at UW Tacoma. The project encompasses a range of services to enhance our capabilities in tracking, supporting, and optimizing the academic journey of our students. The scope of work encompasses the following key components: Implementation Planning and Assessment • Conduct a thorough analysis of the current Admissions instance of Slate to identify any necessary adjustments or configurations required for successful integration. • Conduct a thorough needs assessment to identify specific requirements and objectives for implementing Slate Student Success within the context of UW Tacoma’s existing Admissions instance of Slate. • Collaborate with key stakeholders, including academic advisors, administrative staff, and IT personnel, to understand specific institutional requirements and goals for student success. Customization and data migration • Customize Slate Student Success to align with UWT's unique academic structure, programs, and student support services. • Integrate the student success modules seamlessly with the existing Slate Admissions platform to create a unified system. • Implement any necessary data migration processes to transfer relevant information from the admissions phase to the student success platform. • Assist in the migration of relevant student data from the current systems to Slate Student Success, ensuring data integrity and accuracy throughout the process. Training and Capacity Building • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for UWT staff and administrators involved in utilizing Slate Student Success. • Ensure effective knowledge transfer to empower our internal teams in utilizing and maximizing the new system's capabilities. • Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance services post-implementation to address any issues, updates, or enhancements required. Establish a reliable communication channel for issue resolution and continuous improvement.
