Specifications include, but are not limited to: Provide identified Relationship Manager to work with the Executive Director of Internal Audit and management team of Internal Audit in seeing the successful completion of the UW Internal Audit Plan. The Relationship Manager will work with the UW Internal Audit management to coordinate and facilitate both Vendor led audit projects and participate in Internal Audit led audit projects. Conduct internal audits as identified by the UW Internal Audit management team. The audits will potentially require up to 1,500 hours of support over the first 12 months, with a majority of the time dedicated to Workday, Epic and cybersecurity related audit projects. Coordinate and perform audit procedures in conjunction with UW Internal Audit led audits within the University and/or medical centers. Provide thought leadership to assist in moving the UW Internal Audit further along a maturity model of leveraging data analytics and data based reporting. UW Internal Audit Department will: Provide the Strategic Leadership for the entire combined UW and Vendor supplied audit teams. Coordinate with a designated Relationship Manager on all audit projects. Coordinate scheduling of introductions and interviews with key stakeholders and with key University personnel within units undergoing audits. Provide other logistical assistance / liaison assistance as necessary for the Vendor Team. Evaluate the services provided by the Vendor.
