Contract provides for the improvement of drainage facilities for adequate fish passage for the culvert crossing of Utsalady Road on Camano Island. The work includes realigning of existing ditches, clearing, grubbing, excavation, and disposal of existing culverts, relocations of existing utilities, structural excavation, installation of corrugated aluminum pipe arch including beveled ends, inlet and outlet protections. This work also includes placements of streambed gravels, boulder clusters, large woody materials (LWM), post assisted log structures (PALS), backfilling, compacting the roadbed, pavement repairs, traffic control, erosion control and other work, all in accordance with the attached Contract Plans, these Contract Provisions, and the Standard Specifications.
