Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City is seeking a Naming Rights Partner for the U.S. Pavilion at Riverfront Park with the intent to enter into a ten-year agreement conferring venue naming rights with the following additional partnership opportunities: 1. Recognition in venue event advertising and media 2. On-site activation 3. New program / cross-promotional opportunities 4. Web and social media promotions 5. Facility Use 6. Complimentary Event Tickets; Exclusivity: The agreement between the City and select partner will be exclusive whereas the City will not enter into a contract or other legally binding arrangement conferring venue naming rights of the U.S. Pavilion. Facility Signage: In addition to naming rights, the select partner will have the ability to design, produce, and install the following signage: 1. Exterior Venue Signage: a. Three exterior signs - 1 – Amphitheater, 1-West Side, 1- North Side. b. Select partner will pay all costs associated with the design, fabrication and installation of exterior venue signage. 2. Interior & Exterior Wayfinding Signage: a. Venue logo/recognition on Box Office Signage b. Venue logo included on applicable Riverfront Park wayfinding signage and maps(24 signs total) c. Partner will receive permanent Venue logo recognition on Riverfront's outdoor digital marquee located at N. Washington and W. Spokane Falls Blvd. d.
