Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Washington State Department of Health (DOH) is seeking procurement planning directed by state and agency policies and standards, to modernize its Trauma Registry. As part of the process, DOH is seeking information from vendors who offer vendor hosted solutions capable of addressing, but not limited to, the following: 1. External Hospital Electronic Medical Records (EMR) Systems can submit trauma data through a portal and the Health Information Exchange (HIE) hub, to the DOH Trauma Registry. 2. External Facility Trauma Registrar (role) can select a facility, upload associated ePCR record, and identify a patient. 3. External Facility Trauma Registrar (role) can create, submit, search, view, edit, and delete trauma records. 4. DOH Trauma Registry (system) can automatically submit trauma data to the National Trauma Data Bank (NTDB) 5. DOH Trauma Registry (system) can send analytic data to an Analytics Data Environment (ex. CEDAR). 6. DOH Trauma Registry (system) has a Trauma Dashboard that shares key metrics and visualization for partners and trauma registry users. 7. DOH Trauma Registry Administrator (role) can manage users, manage facilities, manage reference codes, review records for data quality, design basic queries and reports, and run queries and reports. 8. DOH Trauma Epidemiologist (role) can view the DOH Trauma Registry’s Dashboard, manage the data cleaning and preparation process, and analyze data.
