A. Respondents should describe their ability to align a branding initiative with the future operational needs of a DMO. This includes: Experience in destination branding that has successfully transitioned into DMO-led tourism promotion. Capacity to either respond to a future DMO RFP or collaborate with either a branding firm (if a DMO) or a DMO-qualified partner (if a branding firm). Recommendations for structuring collaboration between branding and DMO functions to ensure continuity. B. The Respondent shall disclose any relevant litigation or legal action. C. The Respondent shall list all public contracts and all projects similar to the proposed project, performed by the Respondent, either under its present name or any other name or organization,whether as a general contractor orsubcontractor, for the past three (3) years. D. Insurance limits and standard terms and conditions E. Identification of whether the firm has DMO-level capabilities or a partnership plan to ensure continuity into the City’s future DMO process. F. Provide a scope of services, work plan, and program schedule with outlined delivery beginning in January 2027. This section should describe all the services to be delivered and the approach/methodology for delivery. The services provided should be consistent with the Scope of Services listed in this RFI and should include a work plan of tasks.
