Specifications include, but are not limited to: The WA State Dairy Commission contemplates awarding a sole source contract to Phoenix IT Enterprises, LLC dba Partnered Solutions-IT for a 12 mo. period to provide for graphic design, website development, database development, programming application services, internet hosting, and technical support services for our organizations websites. The specific need for this contract is to create an effective communication tool to reach various audiences including dairy producers, consumers, media, retailers,school foodservice personnel, health professionals, and many others. The contractor selected for this project is in possession of unique knowledge, resources and expertise that will enhance the effectiveness of the work performed. The software used for administration, housing, updating and revision of the websites is developed and designed by the contractor. There are ongoing programming needs and updates required for the maintenance of the websites. The contractor provided the original programming for the development of the websites and is familiar with the dairy industry and the software supporting the sites.
