The purpose of this solicitation is to select up to two (2) qualified suppliers of Victaulic products to provide pipelines, fittings, bracing, and associated parts for the Terminal 91 Domestic Waterline Stainless Steel Pipe and Fittings on an as-needed basis. The Port intends to award up to two (2) contracts to qualified suppliers who are capable and willing to meet the Port's material requirements to ensure a consistent supply to support the project's needs. The contract(s) will be awarded to the bidder(s) that offers a combination of the lowest total price for the initial purchase and the highest average discount rate for future purchases and is/are technically acceptable, responsive, and responsible in accordance with the terms and conditions of this solicitation.
