Specifications include, but are not limited to:Pierce County Parks and Recreation Services is seeking a Concessionaire to conduct retail and service operations for the tennis center at Sprinker Recreation Center totaling approximately 33,995sf - Exhibit “E”. This area includes an approximate 440sf tennis/ice hockey pro shop located in the second floor tennis viewing area, five (5) racquetball courts, four (4) indoor tennis courts, two (2) indoor ping-pong tables, pool table, foosball, air hockey and one (1) men’s & one (1) women’s locker-rooms. Concessionaire will coordinate and manage public use of tennis and racquetball courts, public and private tennis and racquetball lessons, social events, tournaments, and other related programs. Six (6) fenced outdoor courts for public and private tennis use and lessons, social events, tournaments and other related programs are available to the Concessionaire pending public use and Pierce County Parks and Recreation Events. The County is aspiring to: * maximize the service potential to the community. * maximize the revenue potential of the facility * establish a partnership with a concessionaire that will help enhance the overall operation of these parks and the services available to the public
