Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Telecom Meet Me Room (MMR) Building project will provide a facility where telecom services can be connected to the Airport existing communication backbone infrastructure system (CBIS). This facility will have space to house service provider and Port equipment for connections to be made. This Design Build project will be focused on providing the building, underground structures, secure fencing, and landscaping. The distribution fiber will not be a part of this work. The Design Build project will provide: • A drive lane for a vehicle to pull off International Boulevard to access the gate control, paved parking, and landscaping. • A building on International Boulevard outside of the Security Identification Display Area (SIDA) but within a secured fenced area with gate access. • A building with enhanced security and access control to house Port and service provider equipment. • A building with reliable power (Normal and Backup). • HVAC system and controls to support computer and network equipment and environmental alarms. • Install underground structures to connect to existing utility duct banks installed under International Boulevard and near Concourse A.
