Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. ROOFING SYSTEM 1. Clean, remove and dispose unwanted roofing materials. 2. Remove roof material on walls, penetrations, edge metal to facilitate placing Sika Sarnafil roofing material. 3. Inspect facia board and gutter. Gutters and ledger boards will be addressed as needed. Amount of replacement will be agreed between contractor and engineer or City’s representative. 4. Apply new watertight Sika Sarnafil roofing membrane roof at Rail Office building including all roofs and all required roof flashing, for complete roofing system. 5. Apply new watertight Sika Sarnafil roofing membrane at Rail Maintenance roof including all required roof flashing, for complete roofing system. B.
