It is the City’s intent to select a consultant based on qualifications and abilities of the firm and key project individuals. General Requirements: • Provide exclusive full-service Harm Reduction management and staffing during selected EDM events taking place at the Tacoma Dome arena, to include: • Providing all supervision, trained and uniformed personnel, equipment necessary to execute the scope of work. • Have demonstrated experience as a skilled vendor that has a strong track record of similar projects, so that the City can be assured of receiving dependable, responsive, proven and expert services • Provide competent, well-trained with necessary license, and courteous personnel to perform specific job functions in sufficient numbers and in a timely manner • Adhering to all venues, City of Tacoma, WISHA, OSHA and environmental rules, regulations, policies and processes. • Coordinating execution and logistics with venue Event Manager and Event Coordinators. • Removal and disposal of all stock, supplies, and equipment at the conclusion of Selected EDM events. • Submission of all requested documentation for audit and settlement to venue Business Manager. • Additional Technical Specifications to the Scope of Work can be found in Appendix B of this RFP.
