Project Description: 1. Demolition of the existing storefront and automatic sliding doors, granite sill, and removal of portions of the terrazzo and top of slab for the new walk-off mat. 2. Installation of a revolving door, replacement of an interior walk-off mat, installation of storefront doors, installation of storefront frame, and reinstallation storage room door to reverse swing. 3. Refinishing exterior terrazzo at entry and steps. 4. Removal and replacement of the existing atrium glass curtain wall 5. Installation of an air-curtain above storefront doors, and radiant heaters with air thermostat at the front entry way. Tacoma Public Utility will provide all labor and materials for this work in coordination with the Contractor. 6. Installation of electrical utilities for power to the air-curtain, radiant heaters, and revolving door. Tacoma Public Utilities will provide all labor and materials for this work in coordination with the Contractor with the exception of labor and materials for the revolving door. For the revolving door, Tacoma Public Utilities will provide all labor and materials from the electrical panel to the disconnect as shown on the drawings. It is the Contractors responsibility to provide all labor and materials downstream of the disconnect for the revolving door.
