A. Project Management and Administration Consultant will provide Project Management and Administration to complete the effort, including, but not limited to the following: 1. Plan and manage activities of design team, including any sub-consultants, if applicable. 2. Prepare and maintain a detailed CPM project schedule, including a baseline, with Microsoft Project. 3. Prepare and maintain a design decision log, including comments and responses to drafts. 4. Prepare and maintain a risk register and issues log. 5. Attend bi-weekly meetings with Community Transit staff; maintain meeting minutes, notes and relevant action items. 6. Prepare monthly progress report and invoices, including but not limited to, tracked items such as burn rate, potential changes to scope, work completed, and 3-month outlook. 7. Set up an online portal to house and share documentation and Deliverables. Assumptions: • Project Management budget should be based on a 22-month duration for completing task services. B. Data Collection Consultant will provide support to complete the collection of data for subsequent design efforts, including, but not limited to the following: 1. Prepare GIS mapping, including Right-of-Way, parcel, and utility maps. 2. Conduct title research of related properties. 3. Conduct survey and aerial/drone imagery of sites. Assumptions: • Consultant will only conduct efforts for the 228th St. SE station pair and associated improvements. Station pairs at 240th St. SE, NE 201st Pl, and Reder Way will utilize existing base maps and plan sets from the City of Bothell’s Bothell Way NE Multimodal Improvements Project to be provided by Community Transit. C. Preliminary Engineering Design Consultant will provide Preliminary Engineering efforts to develop Preliminary (30%) Design PS&E (Plans, Specifications and Estimates). Assumptions: • Consultant will use existing Plans and Specifications from the Bothell Way NE Multimodal Improvements Project by the City of Bothell, as well as those from prior Swift projects to be provided by Community Transit, to support development of the Plans and Specifications where applicable...
