SYSTEM The System shall be delivered and installed per Exhibit Sheets A1 and A2, and submittals approved by Whatcom County. All paint, fabric, laminate, and other finished surface materials must be submitted for approval to Whatcom County before any orders are placed. Finish and Color Scheme Requirements: A. Paints (wall surfaces, panels, furniture bases): Color to be pewter, dark gray, or similar. B. Fabrics (partition panels, upholstered items): Color to be slate, medium gray, or similar. Fabric must have a minimum weight of 10.5 oz per linear yard. Fabric shall be flame resistant in accordance with ASTM E-84 standards. Fabric shall be spot cleanable with soap and water. C. Laminate (desk surfaces, countertops, workstations, hutches): Color to be tan, birch, maple, or similar. Finish to be wood grain. All finished shall be consistent between furniture items. System Specifications: A. Worksurfaces and Supports: Allsteel or equivalent. High-pressure laminate with black plastic grommets. Combination of steel support legs, panel-mounted cantilever brackets, and worksurface brackets. B. Electronic Bases: Hat Collective or equivalent. 300-pound lift capacity, at least three programmable heights, travel range (approximate) 27”-47”, anti-collision, dual sync motors, cable management. Warranty: lifetime frame, 12-year electronics. C. Storage: Allsteel, Makr, or equivalent. Steel or laminate mobile box/box/file with standard lock set and organizer tray. D. Hutches: Makr Furniture or equivalent. Four (4) to six (6) door desktop laminate hutch with full back panel and cord gap. E. Panel System: Allsteel or equivalent. Monolithic panels with steel frame construction and acoustic fabric. Flat steel trim. Connectors, straps, and kickplates shall be steel construction. F. Electrical: Allsteel or equivalent. Eight-wire, three-circuit separate neutrals wiring package. Fully enclosed flex-connect electrical package with receptacles and data faceplates. G. Glass: Glass shall be ¼ inch safety glass, clear laminated.
