The primary purpose of this contract is to provide comprehensive: vactor truck, street-sweeping and parking lot snow clearing services for King County Housing Authority (KCHA) during both regular business hours and for emergency afterhours including but not limited to; cleaning of parking lots, streets, catch basins, manholes and related items. In addition to these services, KCHA is interested in additional (optional) services including, but not limited to; hydro-excavation, jetting of storm and sewer drains, pipe lining and camera inspection services (self-performed). All of these services will be expected to be provided as periodic support for residential apartment and mid-rise buildings, multifamily and singly family properties located throughout: King, Thurston and Skagit counties. All service requests are expected to be responded to within 48 hours. Such services are to be provided on an “as needed” basis pursuant to the issuance of Task Orders for specific and selected services during the term of the contract. The intent of this contract is for services to be provided in a timely manner for projects that need prompt response or to assist the KCHA in maximizing its efficiencies clearing of hard surfaces and vactor related projects.
