Specifications include, but are not limited to: The primary purpose of this contract is to provide comprehensive: vactor truck, street-sweeping and parking lot snow clearing services for King County Housing Authority (KCHA) during both regular business hours and for emergency afterhours including but not limited to; cleaning of parking lots, streets, catch basins, manholes and related items. In addition to these services, KCHA is interested in additional (optional) services including, but not limited to; hydro-excavation, jetting of storm and sewer drains, pipe lining and camera inspection services (selfperformed). All of these services will be expected to be provided as periodic support for residential apartment and mid-rise buildings, multifamily and singly family properties located throughout: King, Thurston and Skagit counties. All service requests are expected to be responded to within 48 hours.
