Please note: This is a Sole Source Notification. 1. Wash in non-phosphate detergent and hot tap water. 2. Rinse with hot tap water. 3. Rinse with hydrochloric or nitric acid solution (approximate pH of 2). 4. Rinse three times with deionized water. 5. Air dry in a clean area free of contaminants. 6. Rinse with pesticide-grade acetone or hexane. 7. Air-dry in a contaminant-free area. 8. Package cleaned equipment for pick-up: i. Replace lids on jars before applying foil wrap. ii. Foil wrap individual bundles of one short, rubber and two long, plastic tubes. iii. Individually wrap, in foil, any extras of either type of tubing for use as spares. iv. Individually foil wrap the long, rubber tubes that have blue markers. v. Individually foil wrap churners. vi. Individually plastic bag bucket-style churn splitters. vii. Individually foil wrap and plastic bag stainless steel bowls. viii. Individually foil wrap stainless steel spoons and plastic bag them together. ix. Individually foil wrap and plastic bag sieves.
