BHA is issuing a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for Development & Financial Consultants with extensive experience in real estate and housing development projects which may include, but are not limited to, land acquisition, affordable and mixed-use housing development, adaptive reuse property acquisitions, rehabilitation of existing housing, public housing portfolio evaluation and portfolio restructuring, overseeing new construction and potential re-syndication of three LIHTC partnerships that are approaching Year 15. BHA has significant Faircloth capacity and is planning to develop one or more Faircloth to RAD projects over the next five years. The selected Consultants will be direct advisors to BHA and are expected to work in a collaborative partnership with BHA staff, other development partners including HUD representatives, public funders, and grantors, BHA’s real estate attorneys, bond counsel, lenders, investors, residents and other relevant community and project partners.
