The selected contractor will be responsible for the following: On-Site Operations: Provide staffing for the Blaine Community Center from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Saturdays, excluding holidays observed by the City of Blaine. Programs and Activities: Offer a variety of healthy lifestyle programs and activities tailored to older adults. Safety Policies: Develop and monitor safety policies and procedures. Support Opportunities: Provide opportunities for employees and volunteers to support Senior Center operations. After-Hour Use: Schedule, coordinate, and provide logistical support for after-hour use of the Blaine Community Center, remit appropriate fees to the City, and follow the City’s facility use policies. Reporting: Submit progress reports to the City on a monthly basis.
