Specifications include, but are not limited to: design team will help integrate the addition of four new synthetic turf fields, with a building at the core of the cloverleaf, to the first phase of renovations. Major design elements include: four synthetic turf fields; field lighting; electronic scoreboards; a core building with restrooms, storage, and concessions; hardscape to tie everything together; minor landscape elements. Work will include, but not be limited to, the following tasks: A. Review of any existing planning documents, master plans, history, studies, reports, drawings, and property encumbrances. B. Professional survey, physical inspection/inventory of existing park features and facilities. 1. Conduct geological survey to generate a geotech report for distribution to the general contractor. a. Characterize stockpiled soils on the North end of the site.
