Specifications include, but are not limited to: Contractor shall work with C-TRAN to develop and implement media strategies for each of the above-mentioned initiatives. Contractor shall be responsible for establishing timelines for each initiative. All social media and graphic design work will be performed by C-TRAN. At a minimum, Contractor shall: a. Identify the best media platforms on which to advertise free-fare initiatives; b. Work with C-TRAN to create an advertisement plan for C-TRAN approval; c. Coordinate media buys and placement of advertisements that promote free-fare initiatives. C-TRAN will not accept any third party invoices. All fees, including those of third parties, must be invoiced directly to Contractor; d. Assist C-TRAN in coordinating all aspects of television commercial/digital ad production including: Script writing/messaging, coordination of talent for filming and voiceovers, identifying and arranging film locations, and filming and editing
