Specifications include, but are not limited to: project management, design, and implementation resources that include integrations and reporting and analytics for the design of OFM the Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW). The EDW will consist of core data from the multiple OFM managed data source areas to include data from the OneWA ERP implementation of financial, budget, payroll, human services, and procurement data into a cloud-based data warehouse provider to meet OFM’s enterprise obligation for data and reporting of the enterprise data for all agencies. The first phase of the EDW will support financial reporting that currently aids state agencies. Project and technical implementation resources will provide implementation data warehouse design for Washington financial standards taking into consideration the current AFRS data warehouse and the mapping of the current Chart of accounts (COA) elements to the Workday Foundational Data Model (FDM). Plante Moran resources are required to meet the enterprise reporting aspect of business transformation that will be applied across state government for financials and related business processes that stratify across the other components of Workday. Plante Moran’s extensive knowledge and participation as a key resource to the OneWa program and the development and mapping of the AFRS COA to the Workday FDM make their current knowledge invaluable to the success of the EDW implementation. Other key factors for consideration are: 1. Plante Moran resources knowledge in Informatica (OFM Integration Platform), 2. SAP Business Objects Webi development (OFM Enterprise Reporting Platform), and 3. implementations with Snowflake technologies. The Plante Moran resources will collaborate with OFM business and technical subject matter experts to deliver OFM EDW by partnering in addressing,, reviewing, and validating documents for EDW designs that are based on the use cases, business processes, agency needs, foundational reporting requirements, enterprise integration conversion (EIC) activities, and warehouse testing for government best practices.
