Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Office of Financial Management (OFM) contemplates awarding a sole source contract to PROSCI, Inc. to provide Prosci methodologies and tools for Organizational Change Management within the One Washington program including all state agencies for the Workday ERP Implementation. OFM requires Prosci as it is vital to the success of the One Washington project. Currently, the state’s standard of Organizational Change Management is based on Prosci methodology. As such, the One Washington project should utilize this methodology in the implementation of Workday, as a software as a service. By utilizing other methodologies we create gaps within our team and our enterprise partners and this could cause preventable delays. Please note: This is a Sole Source Notification.
