Please note: This is a Sole Source Notification. The Department of Social & Health Services (DSHS) contemplates awarding a sole source contract to Kyndryl, Inc. to continue to support DSHS with maintenance and operations of the ACES complex of applications during the transition to a new, competitively procured, vendor. The ACES complex is one of the largest automated systems in the state - including those operated by private sector corporations. DSHS is under constant pressure from a variety of sources to modify ACES including changes in eligibility policy, service delivery methods and data requirements. DSHS is seeking coverage for a gap in services as the new ACES M&O vendor requires a minimum of five months to transition into providing the ACES maintenance and operations services.
