Specifications include, but are not limited to: Assist the college in using digital media marketing approaches for reaching prospective students, as well as difficult target audiences such as prospective under-served and non-traditional students. ; Leverage its scale and expertise to purchase online advertising and/or search engine marketing. The vendor will make sure that each campaign is built using the right platforms to reach its target audience. The advertising purchases for all campaigns can be bundled together to get the best price.; Develop appropriate messaging (copywriting) for each campaign.; Provide graphic design support for digital assets when requested; Provide video and video editing support for digital assets when requested; Monitor and adjust online advertising and/or search engine marketing in order to maximize reach and impressions.; Provide a real time online dashboard, so CCS can monitor results during and after a campaign.; Provide a recap report of metrics that illustrate the results of the campaign and recommendations for improved result.; Integrate leads into the college’s CRM when possible; Provide remote personnel support to assist with social media and campaigns as needed.
