Deliverables include: • Ability to help develop social media content (AI generation, workshop/learning opportunities, regular account reviews). • Ability to monitor questions, comments, direct messages from all Sound Transit social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, Bluesky) and have plans for any upcoming, newly added social media platforms (e.g. – Do any of the vendors have Bluesky support integration yet since it is so new?). • Comprehensive, data reporting. Vendor of choice must have in depth analytics reporting available (at least: multi-channel comparisons, at best: Boolean logic queries). They must also have a strong customer service team and provide notifications of system downtimes and fixes.
