Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor shall provide winter service to treat and remove snow and ice at various facilities owned or operated by Sound Transit in Snohomish, King and Pierce Counties. he Work generally consists of, but is not limited to: granular de-icing treatment; mechanical and hand snow clearing; plowing and sanding of bus and train passenger platforms; pedestrian accessible areas, and vehicle areas on an on-call basis. Priority is given to Sounder stations; the Contractor must have the personnel and equipment to treat multiple locations simultaneously in order to have the Sounder stations clear of snow and ice by 4:30 AM as well as other Sound Transit facilities as dispatched.
