Mechanical removal of snow from parking lots, access roads, and driveways using plow trucks, loaders, and snow blowers. Shoveling or snow blowing of sidewalks, building entrances, and other pedestrian pathways. Relocate or haul away snow as directed if accumulation impedes access or visibility. This may include off-site disposal of snow accumulations (if necessary or requested). Plow all vehicular access areas, including parking lots, drive lanes, loading zones, and entrances. Clear snow from pedestrian walkways, sidewalks, stairways, ramps, and other high-traffic pedestrian areas. Remove snow accumulations exceeding 2 inches in a timely manner. Deicing Services - Application of deicing materials (e.g., rock salt, calcium chloride, magnesium chloride, sand/salt mix) on all vehicular and pedestrian surfaces. Pre-treatment of surfaces before anticipated weather events, as directed. Reapplication of materials as needed to maintain safe conditions.
