Specifications include, but are not limited to: The purpose of this RFQ is to purchase shuttle bus services for staff at Western State Hospital (WSH) during temporary closure of staff parking areas. Vendor to provide three (3) shuttle buses per day. Based on need, the Hospital reserves the right to reduce the number of shuttle buses per day with fourteen (14) days written notice. Shuttle Bus Specifications a. Shuttle bus size, 28 to 35 feet. b. Shuttle bus capacity, 16-36 passengers. c. All Shuttle buses provided shall be ADA compliant. Vendor to provide a licensed driver for each shuttle bus. All shuttle bus drivers must hold a Commercial Driver License (CDL) and provide a copy of license prior to providing services. All shuttle bus drivers must comply with all WSH healthcare screening requirements and will be required to sign a Healthcare Screening Acknowledgement Form, which will be provided by WSH to the Vendor prior to providing services.
