The Work includes: All labor, materials, tools, equipment, permits, testing, training, and supervision for the installation of all components of the Shaver Transportation Moorage project as shown in the plans and specifications, generally including: Prepare required submittals and attend required meetings with the Owner and regulatory agencies as required by permits for the project. Mobilize to the site. Implement temporary site controls including traffic controls, marine environmental/ water quality controls and temporary erosion and sediment controls (TESC). Demolish, clear and grub site, and perform site grading as required for new site civil, landscaping, electrical and water utility work. Extract creosote treated timber piles for project mitigation. Take delivery of owner furnished barge and related components, assemble and move into position for anchoring. Furnish and install new steel pipe spud piles, bearing pile, intermediate pier, abutment, fixed and adjustable gangways, private aids to navigation, fencing and gate, etc. Furnish and install new lighting and electrical service. Furnish and install new potable water system. Demobilize equipment, labor, temporary facilities and unused materials from the site.
