Septic Services • Routine inspection and maintenance of septic tanks and systems. • Pumping, cleaning, and disposal of waste materials in compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations. • Root removal, jetting, and hydro-jet cleaning. • Repair or replacement of damaged or failing septic components. • Installation of new septic systems as required by the District. • Maintain working communication with District Plumbers, Maintenance and Facilities Staff before, during and after service calls. • Provide assistance to District Maintenance Staff pulling septic pumps for servicing or replacement. Sewer Services • Maintenance and repair of sewer lines, laterals, and mains. • Root removal, jetting, and hydro-jet cleaning. • CCTV inspection and diagnostics of sewer lines. • Replacement or installation of sewer piping and connections. • Repair or replacement of damaged or failing sewer components. • Emergency response for sewer backups, leaks, or blockages. • Maintain working communication with District Plumbers, Maintenance and Facilities Staff before, during and after service calls. • Aid District Maintenance Staff pulling sewer pumps for service or replacement.
