Specifications include, but are not limited to: The intent of this contract is for the CONTRACTOR to provide uniformed security personnel at ten HENNEPIN COUNTY sites listed in the "Site-Specific Specifications" section of this document and for any properties owned, managed and/or leased by HENNEPIN COUNTY. Such personnel shall perform general security duties which may vary from site to site, and any additional duties as may be deemed pertinent by the HENNEPIN COUNTY contract designee. The general security duties include, but are not limited to, the routine patrol of buildings and grounds, providing customer service to employees and visitors, operating weapons screening equipment, enforcing building rules and regulations, monitoring access to restricted areas, responding to various emergency situations, report writing, dealing with difficult or hostile people and notifying the appropriate public safety agency when necessary. The service provided by the CONTRACTOR shall be done in compliance with accepted procedures and in accordance with the terms and conditions of this specification . The assigned HENNEPIN COUNTY contract designee shall administer the contract on behalf of HENNEPIN COUNTY. The word "CONTRACTOR" shall mean security service provider when used in these specifications. This specification may not be complete in all details.
