Specifications include, but are not limited to:The Work includes assembly and installation of the Exit Lane Extension Equipment, owner furnished-contractor installed, to the existing B Concourse Exit Security Breach Control system. The Exit Lane Equipment consists of metal frames, anchors, plates, glass panels, sensors, control, communication wiring and electrical power connections. Also includes interfacing the extension equipment with the existing Breach control system and modifying the Storefront ByPass Lane for first responders by replacing the existing storefront doors with new 4’-0” doors. This includes modifying the security access controls associated with these doors. Coordinate fire sprinkler modifications and installation to be completed by others. The exit lane equipment, owner furnished-contractor installed, is packaged in crates and will be located in a staging area in the vicinity of the work location. It will be the Contractors’ responsibility to transport and uncrate the equipment to work location. This transport work can only be done during Night Shift Hours unless otherwise approved by the Construction Manager
