Specifications include, but are not limited to: CTS is soliciting proposals from interested, best-in-class Security appliance vendors to provide the platform for security in the new State Data Center (SDC). CTS is seeking a solution that can be highly virtualized within an individual security gateway appliance. This solution will replace the current environment and serve as the platform for security in the SDC for the next 3 to 5 years. This solution will need to process multi-gigabit flows while delivering a full suite of security services to each customer including: URL filtering, IPS, stateful firewall inspection, VPN, web application filtering, application recognition, etc. As the service provider to its customers, CTS needs the ability to quickly and easily enable functionality with little impact to the agency as their security needs change and grow. Additionally, the solution will be used in a multi-tenant capacity to provide agency security personnel management access while only allowing visibility into an individual logical security system
