Specifications include, but are not limited to: The purpose of this solicitation is to result in a contract with a qualified vendor to provide detailed security and crime prevention assessments at licensed cannabis retail locations. The Contractor shall conduct a professional physical security and crime assessment of licensed cannabis retail locations, statewide that will meet the following standards: ISO’s ASIS Physical Asset Protection Standard . 31000 Risk Management and 28000 Security Management. . ANSI/ASIS/RIMS Risk Assessment Standard. . The ASIS International Best Practices in Cannabis Security. Vendor shall perform statewide on site security and crime assessment surveys of licensied cannabis retail establishments. The assessments are of a voluntary nature. The vendor shall review facility drawings, security and operational policies, threat information, past incidents that impacted operations (e.g. armed robbery, thefts), entry, access control and visitor management polices and procedures, emergency response and business continuity plans, crisis management plans and physical security system plans, details, drawings and may include contacting installers, integrators or system maintenance contacts.
