Specifications include, but are not limited to: Washington Elementary School: General contract consisting primarily of minor alterations work to the entry vestibule and main office including the removal and replacement of one pair of vestibule doors to flip the swing, addition of a new hollow metal door and frame at the main office along with associated hardware and access control. Minor demo and new finishes associated with FCRC and construction of a new, small storage closet. Discovery Middle School: General contract consisting primarily of alterations to the entry vestibule, including new storefront and doors at the front door and vestibule, hardware along with associated hardware and access control. Minor demolition to allow for new hollow metal doors and frames as shown in drawings. New transaction window at attendance office and new wall and door to create an office in the administration area. Hudsons Bay High School: General contract consisting of minor alterations to existing FCRC room and new interior storefront at FCRC entry. Demo and replacement of small piece of casework and construction of a small closet for washer/dryer. New LED lighting.
