Vendor staffing to be flexible enough to accommodate special events, sometimes on short notice. x Customer service. x Contracting for various services and administration of: security services for both semi and fully automated services and the following other services that include but are not limited to, parking equipment maintenance (including the physical equipment, the payment system and the technological systems required to operate both), signage, painting, lighting (re-lamping) and garage cleaning such as sweeping, degreasing, removing snow, water or debris from the facility. x Maintaining a reliable cellular internet connection to ensure functionality of the parking equipment and payment system. x Financial management, operation analysis and reporting. x Market surveys and parking rate recommendations
