Specifications include, but are not limited to: Supplier shall provide multi-functional security services for the protection of Port of Seattle assets, tenants and the public and to comply with federal, state and local laws and regulations. The service level requirements in the site specific requirements are the Port’s best estimate of service levels, subject to change. These services will be utilized across multiple Port of Seattle properties. Current service sites include: PIER 69, PIER 66, SHILSHOLE BAY MARINA, FISHERMEN’S TERMINAL, TERMINAL 91, and TERMINAL 5. Other non-aviation properties and facilities throughout the Port of Seattle may be added by amendment at the then current hourly billing rates. Additionally, service levels at any site may be reduced or eliminated by written amendment to this Contract. Service Provider shall be required to routinely provide an appropriate number of security staff, seven days a week, 24 hours a day, including supervision, for varying shifts and shift locations, as specified in each site specific requirement. This service shall be performed 365 days per year, including holidays.
