Specifications include, but are not limited to: Upgrade/replacement for the existing Software System used in 4 scale houses for a combined 6 scales and the Administration Bldg. There are two stations in the commercial scale house, one for inbound and one for outbound traffic. There are two stations in the residential "A" scale house, one for inbound and one for outbound traffic. There are two stations in the residential "B" scale house, one for inbound and one for outbound traffic. Residential scale house "A" & "B" share a common scale so that scale house "B" typically only handles outbound traffic while scale house "A" handles both inbound and outbound traffic. There is one station at the NSLF (North Side Landfill) and one scale. The proposal shall include details of the benefits of the proposed new/upgraded software, required hardware upgrades, installation and setup of proposed new/upgraded software/hardware, face to face and written training documents, service support after installation to cover the hours of the WTE Scale house Operation (Monday thru Sunday 0630 - 1730 daily, except on major holidays: New Years Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day). A separate proposal to automate the two commercial scales serviced by a single scale house located on the WTE site. A separate proposal to automate the commercial scale located at the NSLF.
