Those systems include AccountMate, VisualHOMES, multiple Access databases, banking software, and multiple Excel files. Finance performs these functions: •General Ledger •Accounts Payable •Accounts Receivable •Cash Flow/Cash Management •Bank Reconciliation •Purchase Order Management •Payroll (outsourced to ADP) It should be noted that a significant portion of the finance effort is currently done outside of the current financial system, AccountMate. Most of the tenant/voucher based accounting is done through VisualHOMES, THA’s current ERP, and several access databases handle things such as credit card transaction reconciliation and cash management.
